RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Online Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with the items you have purchased you are welcome to return it for a full refund. Please package the garment and send it to us within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly. Unfortunately if it is later than 7 days we cannot offer a refund.

Please be careful when picking your item, if you wish to return any item purchased the cost of the return is not covered by The Cottage.

In-Store Refunds
If you change your mind about a full priced item purchased in store and wish to return it, you can exchange the item for another item or a store credit. To be able to do this, you will need to provide the receipt, for the garment to be unworn and in its original conditions (not damaged or washed) with all tags attached. This must happen within 7 days of purchase.

Exchanges
If you are wanting to exchange an item you have purchased you are welcome to. Please package the garment and send it to us within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly. Unfortunately if it is later than 7 days we cannot offer a refund.

Please be careful when picking your item, if you wish to return any item purchased the cost of the exchange is not covered by The Cottage.

Faulty Items
If you have a found a garment to have a flaw or a fault please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to replace the garment as soon as possible.
Sale Items
If you purchase a sale item, please be sure you are 100% with the item you are buying as we do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale items. 

The Returns Process
1. Please fill out your return form. 

2. Securely repackage your items. Please include your returns form and proof of purchase.

4. Please ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Unfortunately, The Cottage cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship.
