If for any reason you are not happy with the items you have purchased you are welcome to return it for a full refund. Please package the garment and send it to us within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly. Unfortunately if it is later than 7 days we may not be able to issue a refund.

If you are wanting to exchange an item you have purchased you are welcome to. If you wish to return or exchange items they must be in original condition and not worn, altered or washed. Before sending your item, The Cottage quality checks all garments to ensure are all items are in pristine condition. Upon returning, items must have all tags and packaging attached. We will assess the item once returned to us to ensure it meets our criteria before a refund or exchange will be processed. For both returns and exchanges, if we find items have been worn, or returned not in original condition, the cost of laundering will be withheld from your original purchase.

Faulty
If you have a found a garment to have a flaw or a fault please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to replace the garment as soon as possible.

If you purchase a sale item, please be sure you are 100% with the item you are buying as we do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale items.

4. Please ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Unfortunately, The Cottage cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship.
